now, CO seems to be following Paradox's pattern with it's expansion type DLCs, where a bunch of stuff is given to all players for free along with the code update required to allow the DLC to exist if you buy it, while you get the rest if you buy the DLC. It also provides roads with dedicated bus lanes. it provides bus stations that are essential for all bus enthusiasts. it provides some nice ploppable buildings, like International Airport, Zoo, beach stuff, Prison etc. Paradox (publisher) Also publishes Cities Skylines, which is developled by Collosal Order. My After Dark favorites: it provides Old Town policy. I think it's "Paradox Development Studios" and "Paradox Interactive"? not sure.) (the two technically have different names, but i can never remember what they are when it comes up. Cities: Skylines - Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack. Paradox (publisher) of course publishes those games. Download and play all the Cities: Skylines DLC and Addons available at the Epic Games Store.

(among other things, i think it makes it a lot easier to minimize bugs and maintain compatability if you skip one, stuff like that, facilitating the nice arrangement where you don't need to buy every expansion then install them in order if you just want the stuff from the most recent one, which is how it used to be done.) There's a bunch of reasons for this, and up and down sides which result from it. Get the Cities: Skylines Green Cities DLC for free on PS4 and Xbox One. I'm not 100% sure how they decide what goes in which, but the result usually makes sense.
